About Us

Angela Stout started her real estate career in 2004 and has been licensed in 4 states while expanding her career from a listing agent, to property management, to real estate agent and full circle to seller and buyer clients. As a Regional Trainer for a major real estate brand in Northern California, Angela's enthusiasm, directness, and instruction drove agents to succeed and win in their business as entrepreneurs. Promoted to National Senior Trainer, Angela trained real estate agents in approximately 252 live training sessions across the United States delivering inspiring mindset and techniques to drive their business to success through utilizing their strengths and tools in their listing presentations, working with buyers, building their company teams, and developing a business plan. Angela's unique ability to speak, teach, and train concepts transcends across brands and cultural boundaries. As a John Maxwell Certified Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, she has taught and trained companies on various subjects such as Leadership, Communication, and Personal Development.

• Angela has over 17 years of real estate experience in 4 states: Colorado, Texas, California, and Missouri.  Angela currently holds active licenses in Colorado, Texas, and California.  Angela made Colorado her permanent home to be close to her children and grandchildren, some who have served and are serving in the military.
• Angela has 6 years’ experience working in Relocation and understands the process with 3^rd party Relocation companies. 
• Angela comes from a military family who has served in the Army, Air Force, and Navy and has 2 children and 4 grandchildren. Outside of real estate, Angela loves to hike, kayak, and spend time with her children and grandchildren who also live in Colorado.
• Angela Stout has earned the national designation SRS® (Seller Representative Specialist), a premier credential in seller representation designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.  The designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.
• Angela has earned the national designation ABR® (Accredited Buyer Representation) and is a benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. ABR® education must meet criteria and provides the expertise a buyer needs for an edge in serving today’s homebuyers.
• Angela also earned the SFR® (Short Sale Foreclosure), which provides skills that will allow me to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties with the highest quality of representation.  
• As a National Real Estate Trainer in 2019, Angela taught 252 classes to agents and brokers across the country in 3-5 hour long real estate courses.
