About Us
Wayne and Melanie McSwane Live in Monument, Colorado. They have five children and three grandchildren. Wayne started doing plumbing and HVAC in New Mexico. Where he ran all American plumbing heating and air for 17 years. Wayne and Melanie relocated to Colorado and are now co-owners in American Made Plumbing Heating And Air. Now with over 20 years experience. Wayne holds his master plumbers and master mechanical licenses in Colorado. He has a contractors license In Colorado as well as being licensed for both mechanical and plumbing in several counties. Wayne has spent years building great business relationships with his clients who have become friends. He is highly knowledgeable in both commercial and residential, and comes comes highly recommended. Wayne has a vast knowledge in new building and architectural plans in both commercial and residential, as well as repair and service. He will always do exceptional work and works personally with the clients to fit their specific needs and desires.
Step-Son Jerremy is a talented, friendly, and kind young man with three beautiful sons. Jerremy is an Army Veteran who served since he was 18 years old. While enlisted he worked as a Black Hawk Mechanic crew chief, and completed a tour to Kuwait. Jerremy started his career as an HVAC technician working with his step-dad Wayne then he ventured off to one of the most prominent HVAC schools in the US "The Perfect Technician". After graduating and obtaining his license Jerremy returned to Colorado where he and Wayne started American Made together.
