Join Us for Breakfast

Morgan Hildebrand of Holistique will be our speaker and provide breakfast.

We often treat self-care as an afterthought, but it’s the foundation of how we show up in business, at home, and in life. Join Holistique founder Morgan Hildebrand for a conversation on why self-care is a lifestyle, not a luxury, and how her business is making wellness more accessible to the Tri-Lakes community.

This networking opportunity allows members to get to know each other at a deeper level. We develop trust and knowledge about each other's businesses that lead to referrals. It's like having 40 salespeople for your business!

Get Ready to Roll the Dice at the No Cancer November Casino Night!

Ladies and gentlemen, high-rollers and heart-healers, mark your calendars because the most dazzling soirée of the season is about to hit Colorado Springs! Picture this:
Roulette wheels spinning, blackjack cards flying, and dice rolling in full force. Our casino tables are hot! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a lucky novice, ante up and
let the chips fall where they may. But that’s not all—prepare to be spellbound by our resident magician, and groove to the beat spun by our DJ. Dine on gourmet bites,
sip cocktails and wines, or toast with some bubbly. Bid like your life depends on it in our silent auction showdown. Welcome to the COS Hub, where spaciousness meets
chic, smack dab in the heart of Colorado Springs. Why attend? Network with the city’s crème de la crème, celebrate life, and make a difference—all proceeds benefit
Sue’s Gift and Zero Prostate Cancer.

Even when the house wins, it’s all in great fun for a good cause!

This is more than a fundraiser; it’s a celebration of life, love, and the power of community. See you at the tables, the dance floor, and the silent auction showdown.
Let’s roll the dice, spin the wheel, and kick cancer’s butt!

The Palmer Lake Historical Society invites you to join us to hear Wayne Russert present “Early Electrification in Rural Colorado – When We Got the Power!”

Wayne will trace the history of electric power in Colorado from its earliest use in the mining districts, then cities and finally to the farms and ranches as a result of the Rural Electrification Act (REA) of 1936. Many artifacts will be displayed showing the progression of electrical devices from crude and dangerous to modern and safe. Visitors will be encouraged to examine the displays after the presentation.

Wayne has always been fascinated with electrical/mechanical equipment and earned gas money in High School repairing radios and phonographs for neighbors. He studied electrical engineering in college and finally retired from Lockheed-Martin in 2003 after 41 years in the business.

He maintains a shop to design and restore museum displays and collects antique radios. You can see part of Wayne’s collection at the Lucretia Vaile Museum in Palmer Lake, CO.

Please bring a friend and stay afterwards for light refreshments. The Palmer Lake Historical  Society is an educational 501 (c)(3)  nonprofit organization serving the Palmer Divide area since 1956.

THE BREAKTHROUGH GUY | CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR CHANGE SPECIALIST & MIND-BODY SPECIALIST

Drawing from Navy SEAL led events and lessons from completing Ironman triathlons, 100-mile ultra marathons, and American Ninja Warrior, Matt Scoletti shows how to keep moving when motivation fades. Attendees leave with simple tools to break through resistance, execute with consistency, and win in business and life when it feels hardest to take the next step. In place of the ready, set, go pattern in sports culture, Matt champions a go, set, ready approach so action comes first.
