About Pikes Peak Public Relations
For more than 30 years, Pam has been a driving force in public relations, communications, and community leadership. She founded PEAK Public Relations in 1990, later launched Bales Communications, Inc. in 2008, and most recently established Pikes Peak Public Relations in Colorado Springs after retiring as President & CEO of the West Metro Chamber and its Foundation. With a background in journalism from Ball State University, Pam has successfully managed public relations campaigns and special events for clients such as Lennar Homes, E-470, The Denver Home Builders Association, and The Rocky Mountain News, as well as community-focused organizations like CASA of Jefferson and Gilpin Counties and the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber.
Pam’s passion for building connections extends beyond her clients to the greater community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Foothills Credit Union, is an active member of both the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber and the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers at Craig Hospital’s gift shop on the first Saturday of each month. Based in Colorado Springs at 2010 Hillis Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80906, Pam brings not only decades of expertise but also a heartfelt commitment to helping businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations grow their impact through meaningful public relations.
