About Us

Kay has been in the mortgage business 37 years and has held many different positions in the mortgage industry from originator, processor, closer, underwriter, and finally to manager.

She was relocated to Castle Rock 15 years ago from Indiana with National City Mortgage where she opened and ran the regional office. 

Our mission is to serve our customers with honesty, integrity, experience, and education.  Our goal is to provide home loans to our clients while providing them with the most competitive interest rates and closing costs possible.
