Robert F. “Sky” Miller III specializes in landlord/owner representation (listings), land development, leasing and adaptive re-use. Adaptive development in emerging and re-emerging markets is one of Sky’s greatest passions. Sky holds his real estate licenses in both Colorado and Texas, and has extensive experience in acquisitions, development, management, leasing, and disposition of real property assets.
