2025 Non-Profit of the Year Nomination Form

This award recognizes an organization that has made an outstanding contribution to the Tri-Lakes community, making it a better place to live and work by achieving its goals and objectives.

Criteria:  Nominee organization must be a Chamber member in good standing for at least one year. The organization must have demonstrated outstanding success in service to the community. Emphasis should be placed on achievements including leadership, organization, growth, and benefits to the Tri-Lakes community in 2025.
Nominators: Please notify the person you nominate and provide them with the date, time, and registration information so they can plan to attend and bring co-workers and family. Self-nominations are encouraged. 

Please talk with your nominee and purchase their ticket. Nominees will be recognized on screen and from the podium at the event. 

Awards will be presented at the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Silent Auction,

 April 2, 2026, at Phil Long Music Hall at Bourbon Brothers.

Nominations are judged by committee solely on the information provided on this application. 
Additional sheets may be attached as needed.

2025 Board Members are not eligible. 

Nomination forms are due prior to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
