2025 Employee of the Year Nomination Form

This award recognizes an employee of a Tri-Lakes Chamber member who has excelled, grown, changed, and/or persevered in 2025.

Criteria:  Nominee’s business must be a Chamber member in good standing for at least one year. Emphasis should be placed on business and professional achievements including leadership, stability, and growth of the business.
Nominators: Please notify the person you nominate and provide them with the date, time, and registration information so they can plan to attend and bring co-workers and family. Self-nominations are encouraged.

Awards will be presented at the Tri-Lakes Chamber of Commerce Annual Dinner and Silent Auction, April 2, 2026, at Phil Long Music Hall at Bourbon Brothers.

 Nominations are judged by committee solely on the information provided on this application. 
Additional sheets may be attached as needed.

2025 Board Members are not eligible. 

Nomination forms are due prior to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
