In addition to the street fair, the events attracting over 10,000 participants are a beer garden, a parade, a fun run, and more.
This registration is for vendors at the Street Fair only. If you are a vendor needing multiple spaces, there are discounts available for your second and third spaces.
Vendors must provide their own 10x10 straight leg canopy for their space(s). You must have canopy weights.
Spots are only held for 10 days without payment. A certificate of liability is required from all vendors.
We will do our best not to put like businesses next to or near each other. You may keep an eye on the map to see who ends up around you. Hover over space to see vendor.

We love our kids AND all are welcome, but please do not leave your young children unattended at the park. Be sure to check in with our firefighters and police officers for a special gift from each of them.

No animals will be allowed except service animals that are specifically trained to aid a disabled person and Phil Long Ford’s dog Maverik

Food trucks and local vendors will be available during the festival to purchase food and other goodies.

WHAT TO BRING:
You are free to bring a lawn chair so you can relax and enjoy enjoy the event, cold drinks, and beer and wine and food will be available for sale within the festival area while listening to some wonderful music.
You should also plan for Colorado weather: Bring sunscreen, a hat, a rain jacket, umbrella, and possibly a wagon. MOST IMPORTANTLY: BRING YOUR ID! No ID, no admission to beer & wine garden without it.
WEATHER POLICY: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT:
As they say, the show must go on, rain or shine. So come prepared for inclement weather; remember, it's Colorado. If in the worst-case scenario, the fireworks are banned due to a fire hazard, by the Fire Marshal, the FESTIVAL with still go on. There would then be no fee for parking, and we will try to expand the band line up.

Sunday, July 9, 10:00 AM — Historic “Old Railroad Town” of Monument, COEasy walking tour just over one mile. We will meet at Limbach Park in Monument next to the bandstand. This will be an easy walk and opportunity to learn about Monument’s history, its old train station, stock yards and hotels.
Saturday, July 15, 10:00 AM — Historic “Old Cemetery” of Palmer Lake, CO
Moderate hike with some elevation, sand and gravel trail about a 2.5 mile walk in rolling prairie grasslands. Meet at Greenland Open Space parking lot off County Line Road. Visit Kipp’s gravesite with views of the front range.
Please bring plenty of water, sunscreen, hat, closed toe hiking shoes, snacks to eat along the walk and your favorite walking stick. In case of inclement weather (lightening or hail) we will reschedule. We want you to stay safe.

Welcome to the 2023 Home Series class. My name's Rebecca Seedorf. I'm a realtor here in Colorado Springs, the Tri Lakes, and the Denver metro area , and I have partnered with the wonderful interior designer, Jenny Fields from Bella Decor and Design.
We are offering three classes available in July, August, and September of this year that shares everything home and design related. At the studio of Bella Decor and Design, we're going to be holding an evening class from 5:30 to 7:00 with wine and hor d'oeuvres. Every attendee gets a free gift, plus a chance to win raffle prizes, and it's reserved seating, tickets are only $10 because it's an exclusive class of only 15 people per class. You definitely want to hold your spot for these classes, but let's go over what the three classes are.
Our first class is Beginning Your Home Journey, and in this class, whether or not you are a current homeowner who is deciding to take on a design project for the first time or if you're thinking of purchasing a home with design in mind, this class is for you! It is July 13th from 5:30-7:00pm.
Perhaps you've looked for a home that needs updating, but were scared to take on such a large project. What does that project even look like? Well, we answer all that and more. Our guest speaker Rebecca Carr with Fairway Mortgage will be discussing how to fund your home purchase with renovation loans in 2023, which are a lot easier than in past years. She will also share how to allocate your money properly so after the purchase of the home you have money to purchase furniture, artwork, and design your home. For current homeowners she will share how to fund your remodel by refinancing your home.
Then Jenny Fields, our interior designer here at Bella Decor and Design, is going to go over what it actually looks like to work with an interior designer. A lot of people think that it might be out of their reach to work with a designer, but they actually have general contractors and a team that make your life easier to create your beautiful design.
Then what would you like your design to be? What is your home style? There's lots of styles out there. We're going to go over textures, colors, tiles, everything to kind of help you build a vision board, to help you define your style so that you have that idea to lead with. Beginning Your Home Journey is our class number one.
