MONUMENT, Colo. – April 7, 20222 – A Colorado Parkinson Foundation representative will be speaking at the Jackson Creek Senior Living monthly “Lunch-n-Learn” event on Thursday, April 21 at 11 a.m. MT.
Members of the public are invited to visit the Jackson Creek Senior Living campus, located at 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway, in Monument, Colo., for this free event. Lunch will be served during the presentation followed by a question-and-answer session for guests to find out more about caring for the unique needs of those with Parkinson’s disease.
The Colorado Parkinson Foundation provides support for Parkinson’s patients, their families, and caregivers as a resource for information about symptoms, medication, research, and treatment of the disease. In addition to helping raise funds for Parkinson’s research, the foundation also trains professional caregivers, including doctors and nurses, on how to care for those living with Parkinson’s Disease.
