Networking Breakfasts take place the first and third Thursday of every month in the Chamber of Commerce Community Room from 7:30-9:00 AM. Listen to 10-minute informative talks from one or two fellow members. Meet and mingle with other business people over a tasty breakfast provided by the speakers. Everyone gets 30 seconds to introduce themselves and tell what's up in their business.

It will also be broadcast on Zoom for those unable or uncomfortable to attend.

Our special guest is Adam Oliver from Olivedia talking about utilization of video for marketing. After the speaker for the first 10 min, we will go around "the room" so everyone can introduce yourself and your business.

Join Techno Chaos and other businesses in the Tri-Lakes area at the MITEE* Pitch Event and be the Community of Support for high school students pitching their proposal of Product or Service Offerings to build their skills and raise funds for their programs.  From simply providing a listening ear to being ready to assist with resources they may need, we would love to have you with us.

This is the first Pitch Event hosted by Monumental Impact to enable and support Tri-Lakes Area high school students with interests in technology, engineering and entrepreneurship with experiences and community.  Monumental Impact has invited students, both individually or as a team, to bring their ideas for products or services they would like to offer the community. From picking up where other students have left off to starting their own product or service, we have asked students to pitch their offering.

*MITEE stands for Monumental Impact for Technology, Engineering and Entrepreneurship.

Run4Hope 5K for Schools is a fun, community-wide event that raises money and awareness for suicide prevention programs in local area high schools. With suicides at alarming levels, we want to punch a hole in the darkness and provide HOPE for everyone through Sources of Strengtha widely-accepted, peer-based school program. Join us for this fun and exciting race and be a part of the solution!

We have both a Family Color Fun Run and a Competitive 5K with chip timing! New this year is a Pancake Breakfast, vendors, and a silent auction!

Join El Paso County Parks for Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day at Fox Run Regional Park. The event will include guided trail rides, learning to mountain bike, giveaways and more. This is a terrific way to get kids outside in the woods having fun on their bikes. All ages are welcome: from tots on stride bikes to teens. Riders just need a face mask, working bike and helmet to participate.
