The Sisters of Benet Hill Monastery invite friends and neighbors to join them in donating food in honor of Catholic Sisters Week, March 8 - 14, 2023. In Colorado, nearly 475,000 individuals experience hunger each day including 150,000 children. To help families experiencing food insecurity, the sisters are partnering with Sisters' Thrift & Boutique and the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration of Colorado Springs and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Parish. Together, we are gathering food supplies most needed by Westside Cares, an ecumenical organization that provides more than 25,000 four-day food packages annually to families in need of care and compassion.
