Palmer Lake Historical Society's Annual Potluck & More
Thursday, January 19. Doors open at 6:30. Potluck starts at 7:00 pm followed by an election by members of the 2023 Board of Directors.

Historical Society will provide ham, rolls, coffee, and tea. Please bring a side dish to share of salad or dessert. Come and enjoy meeting others from the community who share an interest in history of the Palmer Divide area. All ages welcome. FREE and open to the public. Post cards and books will be on sale. Membership applications will be available for various levels including familty memberships.


ABOUT THE PALMER LAKE HISTORICAL SOCIETY

Mission

The mission of the Palmer Lake Historical Society (PLHS) is to preserve, protect, promote, and provide access to historical data, artifacts and other items of significance relating to the Palmer Divide area and make resources available to the public primarily through the Lucretia Vaile Museum and annual programming.

We welcome new members. Programs scheduled throughout the year such at the Annual Father's Day Ice Cream Social in June.

Covered Treasures Bookstore is excited to help local author Susan Miner launch her debut novel, Jewels of Kidron.  Susan is a well-known community member who has served on the Palmer Lake Town Council through the years. She has written a young adult novel and will be at the bookstore on Saturday, January 21st from noon-3 signing her book. Please stop by to welcome Susan and chat with her about her book.
