Participate in a town-wide 4th of July Celebration.

In addition to the street fair, the events attracting over 10,000 participants are a beer garden, a parade, a fun run, and more. 

This registration is for vendors at the Street Fair only. If you are a vendor needing multiple spaces, there are discounts available for your second and third spaces

Spots are only held for 10 days without payment. A certificate of liability is required from all vendors

We will do our best not to put like businesses next to or near each other. You may keep an eye on the map to see who ends up around you.

Early Bird pricing before June 15, 2022. 

Refund policy: All fees must be paid within 10 days of registration to reserve spot. No refunds after June 15, 2022.

This is a Rain or Shine event.

Audi Colorado Springs
 invites you to St. Peter Catholic Church on Saturday, July 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a classic and electric car show at 55 Jefferson Street in Monument.  A variety of custom and classic cars, along with new and pre-owned hybrid and electric vehicles (to include the Ford F-150 Lightning, Super Snake, and GT500) will be on display."

Electric vehicle sales staff from Phil Long Dealerships and volunteers from Drive Electric Colorado will be on-site to answer any questions you may have about the electric and hybrid vehicles present.  

Guests will also have an opportunity for autographs and photos with Randy Gradishar, Denver Broncos All-Pro middle linebacker, 1974-1983, and may enjoy complimentary Kangaroo Coffee while at the show.

Jackson Creek Senior Living welcomes the Tri-Lakes Cruisers Car Club on Saturday, July 9 from 10 a.m. to noon for a classic car show. Guests of all ages are invited to start their engines and head to Jackson Creek, located at 16601 Jackson Creek Parkway in Monument, where more than a dozen classic cars will be on-site for viewing. Yes, Covered Treasures is really turning 29 this July.

We are throwing a birthday bash and are inviting the community to come by the store on Saturday, July 9, from 10-4 for cake and other treats.  From 1-3 that day, we are hosting a book signing.  Two amazing Colorado photographers will be here signing their books. Todd Caudle has various photography books including a revised Colorado Wildflowers book.  Matt Payne is a co-author of a hiking guide to the beautiful San Juan Mountains and this guide is full of his photography.  Please stop by to give these two fine gentlemen, a warm Tri-Lakes welcome.

The Palmer Lake Historical Society will conduct tours of the town between 1:00 and 4:00 pm on June 21. Local experts will lead small groups through the town, starting at the Village Green and include the Town Hall, Estemere Estate (exterior only), several historical buildings, and end at the Rock House Ice Cream Shop for a free cone.

July 21st is downtown Monument's next Art Hop.  Come downtown from 5-8 for a fun evening exploring the shops. Stores are open and will host events on this third Thursday of July.  This month's theme will be Art and Seek.  A piece of art will be hidden in each participating store and there will be clues to help you find it!  We are hosting Roger Greene from La Veta as he signs his books including his latest, 4284 Miles:  The 1916 Journey of Joe Bruce and Lester Atkinson.  We look forward to a fun evening for Art Hop.
