Out of Control. Lacking Capacity. Drowning in Uncertainty.
A Three-Part Workshop Series for Business Professionals and Entrepreneurs
Presented by Brittany Prijatel & Sara Miley, CTCP-A, IFS

Running a business has always required resilience. But something has shifted. The pace is faster, the roles are more numerous, the decisions are more constant — and the old strategies for managing it all are no longer keeping up. For many small business owners and entrepreneurs, the result is a persistent feeling of being behind, overwhelmed, and stretched past what feels sustainable.

Brought to you by Holistique and led by two practitioners who work at the intersection of performance, leadership, and internal wellbeing, this three-part series was designed in direct response to that reality. Each session builds on the last, moving from awareness to direction to regulation. The goal is not more productivity advice. It is something more foundational: helping you understand what is actually getting in the way, and building the internal capacity to move forward with clarity and steadiness.

Session 1: Shifting Inward June 4

Most of us have been taught to manage stress from the outside in: better systems, smarter habits, more discipline. And yet the overwhelm persists. This session starts somewhere different: inside.

Brittany and Sara open the series together, introducing the core framework that runs through all three sessions. The conversation begins with an honest look at what is actually driving the chaos: decision fatigue, fragmented focus, the pressure of wearing every role, and the cumulative weight of constant uncertainty. Attendees will leave with a new way of understanding what is happening and why the usual fixes are falling short.

What you will walk away with: a clearer picture of your own stuck points, an introduction to the concept of internal versus external capacity, and a shared language for the work ahead in Sessions 2 and 3.

Session 2: Finding Direction July 16

Session 3: Building Regulation August 6
