Details:
Coppelia, classical ballet's greatest comedy, follows fantastical characters as they join together to celebrate teh arrival of a new town clock. A mischievous Dr. Coppelius convinces the town that an automaton is his real-life daughter. Coppelia, the mysterious beauty, turns Franz's head by blowing kisses. The lovable Franz gets pulled into Dr. Coppelius' scheme. A feisty Swanilda wins the heart of the town village by breaking into Dr. Coppelius' magical toy workshop, challenging her competition, and saving Franz! Filmed at our venue sponsor Longmont Museum's Stewart Auditorium & set to an engaging score by Leo Delibes, this farcical ballet leaves yougn and old alike bsumused by the antics. Join us virtually 4/24 (2PM) and 4/25 (1PM & 5PM) to laught at the shenanigans.
