State Representative Terri Carver has arranged for a representative from the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) to discuss:
 

• Workshare programs. This is a great option if you have employees that you want to keep but maybe do not have enough work right now due to a decreased work load. It is a shared payment plan between the employer and (CDLE).

 
Also discussed will be general unemployment questions -

• Are self-employed, 1009 contractors and gig workers eligible?
• What is the current wait time for checks?
• Do you have to look for employment if your employer plans on hiring you back?
