Jackson Creek Senior Living to host autobiography writing workshop

Jackson Creek Senior Living will host “How to Write Your Autobiography with Dr. LeAnna DeAngelo” on Friday, Jan. 31 at 11 a.m. In this interactive workshop, attendees will discover how writing their life story can be a fun, healing and transformative experience. Guided by Colorado psychologist Dr. DeAngelo, attendees will take a closer look at their lives’ activities, relationships, wishes, accomplishments and struggles as they create a record of themselves for future generations.
