Colorado Women and girls 15 years and older, I invite you to join me at this self-defense class designed specifically for you. These classes are taught only for women and girls, taught only by women instructors. We have a very unique approach to our classes. Yes, we teach the moves, but there's also a level of finding our voices and harnessing the strength of our bodies, voices and minds while targeting the weakness of an assailant. It would be great for you to come to experience a class for yourself. Please invite any woman or girl in your life who could use some self-defense and some self-confidence.
This class is Tuesday, December 3rd from 6:30pm-8:30pm and is being held at 88 Hwy.105 in Palmer Lake. This is the previous Kirkland Photography Building across from the baseball field.
