Kayak Basic Skills Clinic
Let's go kayaking! Bring your own boat, paddle and pfd (life jacket) and meet in the morning at Monument Lake where we will practice our kayaking skills and learn some new ones. Scott Hilliard has been teaching kayaking for thirty years and will be conducting this FREE two hour clinic. The class starts at 10 am so plan to be at the beach by 9:30 am to give yourself plenty of time to unload your equipment. Feel free to contact Scott with any questions. See you there!

Class is Saturday, August 24, and will include the forward stroke, sweep strokes, boat control, draw stroke and more.This event is FREE. Bring your own boat, paddle and pfd (life jacket), and a dry change of clothes (just in case). We start at 10 am, so try to arrive early to give yourself time to unload your equipment.
