This workshop helps people better understand how grief shows up in the workplace—often in ways that go unrecognized, like difficulty concentrating, low energy, irritability, and changes in performance.
Participants will learn what grief really is, why it’s so often misunderstood, and how common responses can unintentionally make it harder to navigate.
Most importantly, they’ll walk away with practical, compassionate tools to support themselves and others—so people feel more equipped, connected, and able to move through loss in a healthier way.
