Annie Berlemann is a dedicated scientist, amateur historian, and longtime resident of the Palmer Divide region in Colorado. Her deep connection to the land and its history led to the discovery of fantastic artifacts linked to the Cherokee Trail on her property. Passionate about preserving cultural heritage, Annie has worked to document and share these findings while highlighting the significance of the Cherokee Trail in regional history.

In this engaging presentation, Annie Berlemann shares the remarkable story of uncovering the trail artifacts on her property in the scenic Palmer Divide area. Learn about the trail’s historical significance as a migration and trade route, the artifacts found, and the steps taken to preserve this cultural heritage.

Join Annie as she delves into these discoveries, offering a unique glimpse into the lives of those who traveled the Cherokee Trail. FREE and open to the public. All ages welcome. The Palmer Lake Historical Society is an educational 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the Palmer Divide area since 1956.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. In case of inclement weather follow School District 38 for closures, we want everyone to be safe.
