Evening Itinerary

5:00 PM – Welcome Ritual

Enjoy a complimentary adaptogen elixir and cool off with an infused towel while taking in the serene setting.

5:30 PM – Sun Salutation Yoga Flow

An energizing, all-levels outdoor yoga class designed to awaken your body and connect with the solar energy of the season.

6:30 PM – Guided Journaling + Intention Setting + DIY Herb Bundles

Through prompted writing and group reflection, set powerful personal intentions while crafting your own take-home herb bundle.

7:15 PM – Sunset Sound Bath Meditation

Let the day come to a peaceful close with a meditative sound bath using crystal singing bowls- the perfect ending to your solstice celebration.
