Are you ready to take control of your heart health and prevent cardiovascular disease before it starts? Join us for the next gathering in our series on preventive cardiology. We’ll discuss what high blood pressure is, why it matters, and what lifestyle choices you can make to prevent or control it. 

 

Dr Tracy Paeschke is a board-certified cardiologist and health coach with over 25 years of experience caring for people with heart disease. She now focuses on preventive care and how we can leverage lifestyle to avoid the risk factors that lead to heart disease, the # 1 killer of men and women in the US.

 

There will be a discussion, time for questions, and some heart healthy snacks.
