Event Description
The Fourth Friday of the month features a downtown-wide event with participating shops hosting artists, music, food trucks, and other festivities. Monument's Art Hop is alive and thriving. Covered Treasures Bookstore, a proud participant, is hosting two outdoor authors for July's Art Hop. Stop by the store between 5 and 8 on Friday, July 26 to meet and chat with Abbie Mood and Jamie Siebrase. Abbie has written a new trail guide, Best Colorado Front Range Hikes: Simple Strolls, Day Hikes and Longer Adventures and Jamie has written a guide book, Explore Colorado with Kids: 71 Field Trips and 142 Nature Inspired Activities. Both books are trusted Falcon Guides. We look forward to a fun evening with our authors and customers.

Colorado is an "outdoor" state with so many people enjoying all sorts of outdoor recreation. Covered Treasures Bookstore will feature two authors for the Fourth Friday July 26 Art Hop who have written Falcon Guide Books. Abbie Mood has written a new trail book for the Front Range and Jamie Siebrase has written a guide for parents and kids to enjoy Colorado. Come meet Abbie as she signs, Best Hikes Colorado's Front Range: Simple Strolls, Day Hikes and Longer Adventures and Jamie as she signs Explore Colorado with Kids: 71 Field Trips and 142 Nature Inspired Activities. The authors will be at the store from 5-8. After visiting with them and browsing the shop, please visit the other participating shops as they welcome artists, music groups and food trucks.
