Hi, I'm Christine! 👋

As a leadership and performance coach, I help leaders and teams wake up to their choices—intentional or not—so they can own them, shift them, and create the results they truly want.

As a Certified Conscious Leadership Coach and former Fortune 500 executive, I’ve seen firsthand that high performance and a thriving, drama-free culture aren’t mutually exclusive. When leaders master the Inner Game, everything changes—decision-making gets sharper, communication becomes effortless, and success no longer comes at the cost of well-being.
