About Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber
Following a brief cessation of operations in 2009, the organization was revitalized in 2016 as the Concilio Hispano de Empresas de Colorado Springs, marking a renewed commitment to inclusive economic development, culturally responsive programming, and leadership advancement.
Since 2018, under the leadership of Joe Aldaz, the Chamber has experienced transformational growth and national recognition. During this period, CSHCC has consistently ranked among the top-performing chambers in Colorado, earning multiple statewide and national awards for membership growth, retention, innovation, and leadership excellence. In 2022, the Chamber was named Small Chamber of the Year by the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, affirming its impact and effectiveness on a national stage. More recently, the Chamber was recognized in 2024 and 2025 by the Colorado Chamber Alliance for highest increases in membership and retention, underscoring sustained organizational strength and relevance.
Today, the Colorado Springs Hispanic Chamber of Commerce serves as a trusted convener, advocate, and catalyst—supporting Hispanic and multicultural businesses through leadership development, business acceleration, civic engagement, and strategic partnerships. With a growing regional footprint and a forward-looking vision, CSHCC continues to honor its history while shaping a more inclusive and prosperous economic future for Southern Colorado.
